                                                 Why We Manage Health And Safety?                  Being safeguarded from harm or other undesirable effects is the condition of being "safe" (from the French sauf).   Overview          The provision of a safe working environment, safe equipment, rules, and procedures to safeguard workers' health and safety is referred to as worker safety ( also  known as worker safety and occupational health and safety) .  Workplace safety has been one of many employers' top issues in 2020.         An  IH's purpose is to keep workers, their families, and the community safe and healthy. They are critical in ensuring that federal, state, and local laws and regulations are adhered to in the workplace.
