                 A system of continuous health checks is known as health surveillance. Employees who are exposed to noise or vibration, ionizing radiation, solvents, fumes, dusts, biological agents, or other hazardous substances, or who work in compressed air, may be compelled by law to undergo these health exams.

IMPORTANT :

             Health surveillance is crucial for a variety of reasons, including discovering ill-health impacts early on so that employers can implement stronger measures to prevent them from worsening. providing information to assist businesses in assessing health hazards allowing employees to express their concerns about how their jobs influence their health
