Course Overview :

                IATF 16949:2016 (1st edition) is a groundbreaking document, with a strong focus on the customer and the inclusion of a number of previously consolidated client-specific standards.

              The IATF continues to work closely with ISO by maintaining liaison committee status, ensuring that ISO 9001 is followed.


Difference Between IATF and ISO :

                             Nonconformity and corrective action are discussed in ISO 9001. Additional topics addressed by IATF 16949 include problem-solving, error proofing, and warranty management systems.


IATF 16949:2016 STANDARD :

           The International Standard for Automotive Quality Management Systems is IATF 16949:2016. The International Automotive Task Force (IATF) members collaborated to create IATF 16949, which was then submitted to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for approval and publishing.


CLAUSES :

        Management, customer, requirements, policy, procedure, planning, performance, objective, control, monitoring, measurement, auditing, decision making, corrective action, and nonconformity are among the basic ideas.

  • Module 1: Introduction to Quality Management System & Risk-based thinking
  • Module 2: Structure & Overview of IATF 16949:2009 requirements
  • Module 3: Audit concepts
  • Module 4: Planning & conducting an internal audit
  • Module 5: Reporting and following up an internal QMS audit
