           A lead auditor is a person in charge of leading an organization's audit team. He or she creates the audit plan, leads meetings, and submits the audit report at the end of the quarter or year. A lead auditor's main responsibility is to conduct audits, which must be done on a daily basis.

If you have a basic understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act and an interest or background in auditing, this course will help you prepare for a career in Health and Safety Auditing.

             There are no mandatory prerequisites for this course, but an understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act and the underlying regulations is strongly advised. Previous NEBOSH or IOSH course completion would be advantageous.

 ELIGIBILITY:

     To complete the course, students must have the necessary numeracy, writing, and verbal communication skills.

          Finally, prospective students should be aware that the individual demands of this course are commensurate with the level of study – this is a Level 3 qualification. Course participants will be required to commit to an intensive period of study that will be time and energy-consuming.
