Course Overview:
           This course's goal is to arm students with the knowledge and leadership abilities needed to conduct and oversee first, second, and third party audits of business continuity management systems against ISO 22301:2019. Risk management, monitoring, and enhancing the efficiency of ISO 22301 management are all addressed in Business Continuity Management Systems - Requirements for Use and in compliance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021 - Guidelines for Auditing. Participants will also learn the necessary auditing skills through activity-based instruction, hands-on auditing practise, interactive involvement, group exercises, and open discussion in this course. Participants will be led by knowledgeable instructors through every step of the audit process, from starting it to finishing it. Additionally, it helps you comprehend the interpersonal and communication abilities needed by auditors and the audit team.

Prerequisites

All delegates should have reasonably good understanding on Business Continuity management system standards principles & concepts & basic requirements of ISO 22301:2019 & BCMS audit process. AIM VISION  recommends participants must complete study of ISO 22301 standards & should complete the home work. Knowledge of English is essential to participate in the course.

Safe Work Practices             When the device is being serviced or maintained, disconnect it from the source.              Before doing maintenance or repairs on electrical equipment , disconnect the power supply.              If handling plugged-in equipment is required, wear non-conductive gloves, and insulated-sole shoes, and ensure that all contacting components are dry.               Keep the other hand away from any conductive material if it is safe to work with just one hand.
